Topping and Filling ingredients:
225g plain cream cheese
125ml unsalted butter
60ml icing sugar
80ml double cream
Icing sugar for dusting
200g of glazed cherries, chopped
290g of Rhodes strawberry jam
225g plain chocolate
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.Grease your 8inch round baking tin.
Put eggs and sugar in a large bowl and whisk until the mixture is thick.
Sift together flour and cocoa to the egg mixture,fold in gently.
Pour the mixture into the melted butter and divide the batter into two and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Cut the cakes into half .
For the filling:
In a large bowl beat cream cheese and butter until soft and creamy.
Add icing sugar then the double cream until well combined.
In separate bowl mix the strawberry jam and the chopped cherries together .
Spread the cream cheese frosting and top it with cherry topping,repeat layers .
Use the remaining cream to decorate the top with crushed chocolate,cherries and icing sugar.
4 chicken breasts
8 slices of bacon
Half a cup of diced cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon of chicken spice
Salt and pepper
Half a cup chopped fresh spinach
Half a cup of chopped broccoli
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
Drizzle the chicken breast with olive oil.
Add the chicken spice,salt, pepper and Sprinkle evenly over both sides of the chicken.
Cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast. Set chicken aside.
Heat the Olive oil in a pan and cook onions until brown
Add tumeric,black pepper and salt and stir for two minutes.Rince spinach and broccoli and add it to the pan. Stir until soft well combined and remove from heat and add cheese.
Spoon the spinach mixture into each chicken breast evenly.Carefully wrap each chicken breast with bacon slices
Drizzle with oil oil and bake, uncovered until chicken is cooked through.
Robertsons mixed herbs
Wash and cut your potatoes into wedges then boil them in water with salt. Do not overcook them.
Remove them from the water and on a pan add a spoon of butter,garlic,chilli flakes and robertsons mixed herbs.
Then add your potatoes in the same position for 3 minutes then turn then on the other side and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with your mixed herbs or whichever spices you prefer or just leave them as they are.

In a bowl, whisk together the sweet chilli sauce,mustard seeds, garlic, soy sauce, tomato paste and water.
Add the chicken strips to a bowl with flour and toss to coat
Heat your pan over a medium high heat and add the chicken strips, salt,chilli and diced onions and fry till lightly golden, giving it a light toss .
Add the mixture of sauce ingredients to the pan and heat on medium high till sauce starts to thicken and add your veggies and sprinkle a finely chopped parsley.
Lower heat once sauce thickens.Enjoy

2 packets of dry yeast(reduce if it’s too much)

Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius then Wash your hand then Mix all the dry ingredients including veggies together and put in water and oil shoving well until ur hands are clean and the dough is not sticking into your hands. Then let it rise In a warm place shoving timeously, then prepare your pans that is muffin pan and scone pan. In a scone(shallow pan) pour in some water then put some oil in ur muffin pan then make some small balls and put the muffin pan kuleli lamascones then cover with foil make sure that there is none air comin in then bake for 25 minutes

Wash ur chicken (nami ngikufynde la lokhu)Fry onions until soft then add curry powder and paprika and stir when it is cooked put curry leaves then add chicken pieces then add chicken stock and water let it simmer then add potatoes reduce heat let it cook then when potatoes are soft add Pepperdews and let it simmer for few minutes then serve.

1 cup buttermilk or cream
2 tsp vanilla extract

Butter Cream Frosting
1 cup butter, soft
1/2 cup milk or cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
5 cups powdered sugar
Cream butter and vanilla until smooth. Add sugar, alternating with milk a little at a time; blend well until desired consistency.
Variation: Use ½ cup butter and ½ cup shortening in place of 1 cup of butter.

4 small potatoes cubed
Wash ur beans and boil them when they are about to be cooked add potatoes and add enough water so that it cannot burn then add aromat, knorrox cubes, beef stock and rama original let it boil until potatoes are soft then in a aeperate pan fry onions u can add curry powder of u want to, fry until it is soft then add to ur beans as if u cooking bean curry then add just a smallinyana maize meal so that it cannot be dry then let it boil with beans for about 10 minutes before stirring then stir if too wet u can add maize meal tgen reduce heat and stir timeously
Aromat / salt
Wash and chop your spinach then fry onions unttil they are tender add sspinach blet it cook then add aromat reduce heat then grate potato to drain excessive water in your spinach
Wors was boiled with bit amount of water until it gmfgied itself

2 tablespoons of Robertson aromatic roast potato spice
4 tablespoons of toasted chilli flakes (toasted ones are not too spicy)
Cut each potato into wedges and place them in a large bowl. Add olive oil, spice, chilli powder and toss until evenly coated.Transfer to a baking sheet and cook in a preheated oven 220 degrees for 30 minutes.

Saute your onion in none sticky pan until soft, put in your spices and mix, put in your wors and brown each side for 1 minute until half way cooked, mix your soup with water and pour in your stew and follow by your favorite veggies, let it cook on medium heat until ready!
