Cauliflower mash (i shared recipe yesterday but added coriander and peppers)

Sweet and thick soya sauce
Black pepper

Lay a flattened chicken breast out onto a work surface. Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the cauliflower stuffing onto the chicken breast, and top with cheese. Roll the chicken breast around the stuffing, wrap 2 slices of bacon firmly around each roll, and secure with toothpicks. Place the rolls into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes 200degrees…Enjoy

Lemon and herb chicken

Half chicken
3 tablespoons pepper
3 tablespoons dry parsley
3 tablespoons Robertson zesty lemon and herb spice
30 ml Nandos peri peri sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Mix all the ingredients together and use the mixture to coat the chicken and leave it to marinade for 4 hours .
Place the under a preheated oven 200 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes…Enjoy

Tip:U can even use this marinade for braai

heat oil in asaucepan add potatoes season with salt, turmeric and cayenne pepper fry few mins add onions then tomatoes , let it simmer on low heat

Pre boil with spices of your choice the pan fry.

Pasta in spiced tomayo sauce

Boiled pasta(mixed 2 types)
Tomato puree
Cayenne pepper
Red pepper
Grated Cheese

In a saucepan heat oil add onions then tomatoes making your sauce add tomato pure ,garlic and cayenne pepper reduce heat let it simmer for few mins then add boiled pasta and cheese mix it together then serve


Marinated with spices of your choice.used cayenne pepper,salt ,black pepper then cover with foil pepper slow cook for 2 hours or until it soft and tender then bush on any sauce of your choicei used( sriracha hot chilli sauce )put it back in oven for 3 to 5 mins

Avocado Salad

Mix together
Cucumber ,tomatoes,red onion,(radish optional) dress with a mixture of olive oil,lemon juice,salt and pepper.

1 Cup of chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 Cup of sliced carrot
1Cup red sliced cabbage
1 Cup of normal cabbage
1/2 a cup of onion
1 Cup of shredded spinach
1/2 a cup of pineapple cut into thin strips

1 cup plain double cream yogurt
Half a cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
Half a teaspoon of ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

Fry onion together with Turmeric and set aside to cool,Then
Whisk all ingredients of the sauce in a medium bowl until combined. Add cabbage,spinach,carrot,pineapple ,White pepper and chicken to the sauce.

2 cups of cooked Potatoes ,cut into quarters
2 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard
Half a cup mayonnaise
Half a cup crispy bacon,diced
3 tablespoons of Greek salad dressing
1/2 red onion ,diced.
Half a cup whole kernel corn in brine,

In a medium bowl mix the mayonnaise, Greek salad dressing,wholegrain mustard and salt , Stir until smooth.
Place the potatoes in a large bowl. Gently mix in the dressing until it coats the potatoes well. Then stir in the bacon,red onions ,corn and parsley.Enjoy

500g beef mince meat
60ml cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 cup heavy cream
1 Tablespoon thick and sweet sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard

In a medium sized bowl combine ground beef, breadcrumbs,parsley, nutmeg, onion, garlic powder, pepper, salt and egg. Mix until combined..
Roll into 12 large meatballs or 20 small meatballs. In a large skillet heat olive oil and 1 Tablespoon butter. Add the meatballs and cook turning continuously until brown on each side and cooked throughout. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil.
Add 4 Tablespoons butter and flour to skillet and whisk until it turns brown. Slowly stir in liquid beef stock and heavy cream. Add thick.and sweet soy sauce and dijon mustard and bring to a simmer until sauce starts to thicken. Salt and pepper to taste.m
Add the meatballs back to the skillet and simmer for another 1-2 minutes.

1tsp salt
2 tablespoons of turmeric powder
1 medium onion diced
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
Tomato paste
1 tablespoon rajah masala
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup of cream

Heat a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the butter and onions and cook onions down until lightly golden, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the spices and chicken, Cook for 5-6 minutes or until everything is cooked through.Then add tomato paste and heavy cream,let it simmer for 10 minutes .

1 cup of beef strips cut into thin slices
1 large onion cut into thin strips
Half green pepper cut into thin strips
Half red pepper cut into thin strips
Half yellow pepper cut into thin slices
1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
Salt to taste
100g stir fry sweet and sour sauce
3 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon of sweet chilli
1 tablespoon of paprika
Quarter cup of spinach
15ml Texan steak spice

In a pan, add oil and fry beef strips until brown
Then add the onion,peppers,wholegrain mustard, Paprika,Texan spice and salt, cook on a medium heat for 20 minutes until meat is tender.Add sweet chilli and the sweet and sour sauce and stir until the sauce thickens.Lastly add the spinach. Garnish with sesame seeds.

2 cups of finely grated carrots
Half a cup of raisins
Half a cup of pecan nuts
250ml brown sugar
15ml ground cinnamon
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon mixed spice
180 ml olive oil
125ml plain yoghurt or sour milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Pinch of salt

For topping:
225g cream cheese
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Half a cup unsalted butter
180ml of icing sugar
30 ml) fresh cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.Greaseyour pan and set aside. In a large bowl combine the brown sugar and oil. Beat in the yogurt until fully combined.Add the eggs, one at a time,Mix in the vanilla. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined and do not overmix. Fold in the finely shredded carrots and pecan pieces. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake cake for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Do not overbake, which will dry out cake. My cake took exactly 34 minutes.

For the topping:
Beat the cream cheese and butter together until soft and creamy.
Add icing sugar and beat until thick and combined. Add 2 Tablespoons heavy cream,lemon juice and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.

NB: This recipe only makes one layer ,you have to follow the same introductions to make another one
