Method Pour oil in your saucepan just enough to cover base of ur pot. Then add onions cook them for 4 minutes then add bayleaves, cinnamon sticks and cardamon then add curry powder, garlic paste and paprika let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes then add water and marinade then add chicken, chicken stock powder and barbaque spice close pot let it simmer for 10 minutes and the stir and reduce heat stirring occasionally then when it is cooked you can add soup when needed
Method Cook rice with spice and cook it together with lentils when it is cooked and drained grate carrot and chop parsley mix eith ur rice and serve.

Method Peel and cut your potatoes and wash them then boil them with aromat when they are cooked let them cool.and chop chives and red pepper and mix it with potatoes then add mayonnaise.
Method
Cook your rice the normal way then put it aside, in a separate pan put in rama crcrushed garlic and add robot peppers, mixed herbs and aromat cook them for 5 minutes we don’t want them to loose colours then pour them in your rice and mix well, on that same pan put in ur bacon bits fry them until they are cooked add them in ur rice, fry your mushrooms in a clean pan using rama original for 3minutes and add them in ur rice then sprinkle with dried parsley
Creamy herb chicken (I googled le recipe) Ingredients 1-1/2 teaspoons dried thyme 1-1/2 teaspoons dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried sage leaves 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon coarse salt Freshly ground pepper to taste 1 Whole Chicken 3/4 cup garlic and herb spreadable cheese 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Heat oven to 230degrees. Mix thyme, oregano, sage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in small bowl. Place chicken in shallow roasting pan. Tuck wings under and tie legs together with kitchen twine. Loosen skin around breast with wooden spoon. Carefully spread soft cheese over meat under skin, then smooth skin back into place. Rub chicken with oil; sprinkle with herb mixture.
Roast chicken 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours or until juices run clear.

1can of red kidney beans
3grated carrots
1medium onion
4sliced baby marrows

Season your chicken breast with salt and after in bowl mix lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of paprika, chicken spice and 1tablespoon of cooking oil,and parsley! Rub this mixture in your chicken breast and bake at 180 for 15 minutes!
Spicy Savory Rice
INGREDIENTS
2tablespoon of paprika
1cup of chicken stock
1cup of water
1 tablespoons of cooking oil
Half of robot peppers
1cups of rice
2 teaspoons of tumeric
1 teaspoon of cumin
In a pot pour one cup water and follow by rice tumeric,cumin and cook for 5 minutes and drain the water from it and put back to the stove and pour in your chicken stock and cook for 10 minutes! In a separate big pot saute onion and peppers, put in paprika,Masala curry and Saute for 2 minutes and transfer your rice to the onion mixture and mix until well combined and put in your chicken breast, close the lid and let it simmer on low heat and walla.
Ingredients Half cow head cut in cubed 2 medium tomatoes 2tablespoon of paprika 1tablespoon of curry 1tablespoon of six in all spice Salt if needed 1medium onion sliced 1 teaspoon of cooking oil 350ml water 💦
Boil your cow head with 250ml of water and 6 for all spice until it is cooked!
In the mean time put in your 🍅 tomatoes in bowl and pour in boiled water and let the tomatoes to sit in the water for 3minutes after remove them and peel the tomato skin out and dice and keep aside!
When the the cow head is ready! Keep aside in the same pot pour cooking oil, and chopped onions let the onion saute until soft and after put in all your spices, follow by your meat and mix it until well combined, let it brown for 3minutes! Put in your chopped tomatoes follow by your 100ml water and allow the meat to cook on medium heat until the soup has thicken up and ready
INGREDIENTS 1 tin of lucky star(400g) 150ml of mixed veggies 1medium onion sliced 1tablespoon of Masala curry 1tablespoon of paprika 1tablespoon of six for all Salt to taste 3tablespoon of tamoto sauce
Saute your sliced onion until soft on medium heat, put in your veggies and Saute on medium heat until ready! Put all your spices and mix until well combined, put in your cleaned fish 🐠 and your tomato sauce, please be gentle when mixing it to avoid mashing it! Let it simmer on low heat! Enjoy with white rice.

In a bowl beat your butter and eggs until creamy, and after fold in your sugar! Disolve your b of Soda with your warm milk and pour in the creamy mixture! In a big bowl mix all the dry ingredients n pour in creamy mixture. And mix until well combined! U can add raisins.
