Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients:

Six Chicken Breasts (boned with skin on)1 Tablespoon Garlic or Roasted Garlic in a Jar1 Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts (chopped)12 ounces of Feta Cheese1 Tablespoons Fresh Italian ParsleyOld Bay Seasoning (or similar with Paprica as an ingredient)Olive Oil

Directions:

First, rinse the Italian Parsley and then mince it on a cutting board. Safety First: Hold the knife like I am when chopping?  Also, chop the Marinated Artichoke Hearts. When you do this you’ll find you discard some hard outer layers.  Then, add the Crushed Garlic and Feta Cheese to the Italian Parsley and also add the Marinated Artichoke Hearts.Food Safety:  Watch out for cross contamination when you are touching poultry.  Make sure to put some of the stuffing in a separate bowl that you can use to stuff the chicken in case you have leftovers.New Year’s Day or Valentines’s Chicken Recipe with Feta Cheese and Artichoke Hearts 3Next, cut the chicken breast in half so each person receives a nice sized portion. Now is the fun part!  Pull the skin back or “up” and stuff to your hearts content with the Feta Cheese & Artichoke Hearts stuffing mixture.  Be careful not to pull the skin all of the way off. After placing stuffing on the skin, pull the skin back over the mixture.  See how easy this recipe is?Pull the skin back, stuff with Feta Cheese mixture and replace skinTHIS IS VERY IMPORTANT – DO NOT USE METAL PANS OR YOUR HOUSE WILL FILL WITH SMOKE FROM THE OLIVE OIL AND HIGH ROASTING TEMPERATURE!Place the chicken in a glass or stonewear baking pan. Sprinkle the chicken’s skin with Old Bay Seasoning or simply with Paprica.  Just a little sprinkle on each piece is good – not too much. At this point you need to turn the oven on at 400 degrees to get it up to temperature.Pop it in the oven and roast it at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.  Make sure you do not overcook the chicken so it doesn’t get dry.  The stuffing and olive oil helps to keep the chicken in this recipe very moist.Wow, it is ready to serve with cous cous and a side of steamed carots.  This Chicken stuffed with Artichoke Hearts & Feta Cheese is the perfect chicken recipe. Potato and green beans salad

INGREDIENTS
2cups of baby potatoes
1cup of green beans
3tablespoon of mayonnaise NOLA Mayonnaise
1tablespoon of mustard 
Aromat

Boil your veggies with a cup of water and put in lil bit of salt and boil until ready.. Please they. Must not be over cooked. Drain the water and allow the to cool for 30 minutes and after dress them with mayonnaise and mustard and garnish with dryed parsley.

When last did you have maize Rice?prepared this just the way my mom loves it!

INGREDIENTS 
2 Cup ACE MAIZE RICEACE Maize Meal
5 CUPS water 5ml
3TEASPOON OF BENNY
2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER

Rinse ACE Maize Rice. . Cover Maize Rice with COLD water and bring to boil.
Turn heat to medium and cook for + – 45 minutes or until desired texture is reached.
Stir occasionally. Add BENNY and BUTTER to taste.

TURKEY STEW

INGREDIENTS
500g turkey
1 onion, chopped
3 small carrots 
4 baby potatoes
250ml of water 
Salt
1tablespoon of paprika
2tablespoon of turkey spice
Olive oil

Season your turkey with salt and pan fry each side for 2minutes, and remove from the pan! In the same pan put in your diced onions and fry for 1 min, put in your carrots and baby potatoes! Put in your all your spices and mix until well combined! Put back your turkey in the pan and pour in your water and let it cook on low heat for 30 minutes and until the soup has thicken up!

Method
Whip cream until stiff then pour ultramel in ur glass, put in chocolate sponge, yhoghurt,fresh cream and strawberies then repeat the same procedure and lastly decorate with chocolate shaving and refrigirate for 1hr easy as that.

Method 
Make a paste of all these sauces and put them in ur meat and refrigerate for two hours, then grill them for 45minutes on ur highest oven heat.

Black forest cake baked

Ingredients: 
• 500ml (2 cups) flour 
• 375ml (1½ cups) White Sugar 
• 20ml (4 tsp) baking powder 
• 60ml (4 Tbsp) cocoa 
• 1ml salt 
• 4 eggs, separated 
• 275ml oil 
• 5ml (1 tsp) vanilla essence 
• 275ml boiling water 
• Black forest cherry filling (Victoria supermarket)
• 250ml Fresh cream
• vermicelli

Method: 
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC. Grease and line two 20cm cake tins with wax paper. 
2. Sift dry ingredients together. Separate eggs and beat together egg yolks, oil and vanilla essence. Add to dry ingredients with boiling water. Mix well. 
3. Beat egg whites until stiff with an electric beater and fold into mixture. 
4. Pour batter into prepared tins and bake for 25 – 30 minutes. 
5. Once cool, carefully cut each cake horizontally through the centre using string or nylon line
6. Optional: Drizzle each layer with a little black forest filling to moisten. 
7. Whip cream until stiff. Drain liquid from cherries. 
7. Spread each cake layer with whipped cream and black forest cherry filling 
8. Finally top with the remaining cream, cherries and decorate with dark chocolate shavings.

Red velvet cheesecake

Red velvet sponge recipe
125ml margarine
1 and half cups of sugar
2 eggs
1TBS Coacoa
2TBS viniger
1 and 1/2 tsp baicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup buttermilk
2 and half cups flour
4tsp red food coloring
Vanilla essence

Method 
Cream butter and sugar until they are pale, add 1 egg at a time beat well add vanilla essence, then make a paste of cocoa, food coloring and viniger and add it to the margarine batter and then add flour, bicab, and baking powder and alternatively add buttermilk then lastly bake at 180 degrees for 35minutes and let it cool 

Method cheese cake
1 cream cheese tub
1 tin condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1tsp vanilla essence

Method
Beat cream cheese until it is smooth, then add condensed milk and lemon juice and vanilla essence mix it well until it become a biy thick then cut ur red velvet sponge in ur desirable size and grease ur dish or the pan u will be using and pour ur cheese mixture and the n grate ur cake and put on top of ur cheesecake refrigirate for 6hours.

Marble cake and vanilla cuppies

Marble cake recipe
1cup stork to bake margarine
1 and 1/2 cups castor sugar
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil
3 and 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
Vanilla essence

Method
Cream sugar and margarine until it’s creamy, add eggs one at a time add 1 tsp vanilla essence add oil, add milk and mix well, then add flour, baking powder and salt and mix well. 

Then pour 3/4 mixture of your dough in ur prepared pans leaving the small amount of dough then on that remaining dough add 1/4 cup of cocoa mix it well then for sing a knife make swirls then bake at 180degrees for 30minutes.
